Noam J. Cohen, Esq.
Noam is the CEO and founder of Pinerock Law (The Law Offices of Noam J. Cohen, P.A.), a Florida state-wide commercial litigation and collections boutique law firm.
He attended college at Yeshiva University in New York and earned his law degree from the last graduating class of the millennium at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
Noam moved to the warmer climate of South Florida in 2000 and has been practicing law in the State of Florida for over twenty years. He is admitted in all Federal District Courts in the State of Florida and is additionally licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
Noam has focused and dedicated his professional legal career to the collection of outstanding debts and accounts receivable in a prompt, proficient, and professionally ethical manner.
Over the course of his career, Noam has filed thousands of lawsuits, obtained thousands of judgments, effectuated thousands of both bank and wage garnishments, settled thousands of cases, and has successfully collected many millions of dollars on behalf of his extremely appreciative clients.
Noam is passionate about his work and treats every single case as if it were his own. His competitive nature, both in school and in sports, led him to his career as a civil litigator. Noam hates to lose and is steadfast in his sheer determination to prevail on every single case that he handles.

Ephraim Berger, Esq.
Ephraim Berger is an associate attorney at Pinerock Law (The Law Offices of Noam J. Cohen, P.A.).
Ephraim earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was awarded a full Dean\’s Merit Scholarship and served as a Senator for the Student Bar Association. He graduated with honors, focusing his studies on transactional law and litigation strategy.
Since joining the firm, Ephraim has dedicated his practice to the collection of outstanding debts and accounts receivable, representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. He manages a diverse caseload, skillfully negotiating settlements, litigating cases, and recovering funds efficiently and ethically.
Before joining the firm, Ephraim gained valuable experience in first-party insurance litigation, complex commercial litigation, fintech compliance, blockchain law, and Healthcare M&A.
He has also worked on high-profile cases, including class actions involving billionaire celebrities, cryptocurrency, and fraud, which further sharpened his litigation skills.
